At BRUNT, we stand behind our gear with a 30-day trial period to ensure your boots and apparel meet the demands of the job site. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer free shipping on all domestic returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase.
Start Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Select your reason for return and choose between a refund to your original payment method or a size exchange. A prepaid shipping label will be generated for you to print.
Pack Your Gear
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are clean. Securely tape the prepaid label to the outside of the box.
Drop Off and Track
Take your package to any authorized carrier drop-off location. Once our warehouse receives and inspects your items, we will process your refund or ship out your new gear within 3-5 business days.
